PROBLEM :

1. The surface of the roof is relatively small.
2. Colors used are also not attracted the attention of people who visit here.
3. Roofs that are covered are not suitable for air from outside can not enter.
4. Natural light can not enter. This result, many required the use of electric light.
5. Design appears to be strong and dangerous to visitors. 

SOLUTION :

1.  Use the roof that open automatically as the roof of stadium.
2. Roof will be open on a sunny day.
3. using a strong roof structure.
4. Using the architectural design in order to draw public attention.
5. using a circular design that reveals a wider area.
