PROBLEM :

1. Tools used are not capable of producing sound in the distance.

SOLUTION :

1. Using the PA system that can produce sound at a distance.
2. Provide a place as a stage to make an announcement.
3. Provides a large screen to display reference material.
4. Pamphlet distributed to promote a material.
