20.FOOD COURT

PROBLEM:

1. Lack of seats provided.
2. The place of food court not strategic.
3. The label that put on the wall of food court not attractive and do not have HALAL sign.
4. The customers had to wait longer to buy and to get the food.
5. There are no safety system in food court.

SOLUTION:

1. Automatic food machines can be provided.It works when someone enter some money,he/she can choose the food that they want with suitable money that he/she entered.
2. Moving table also can be provided.This table can be seen in sushi shop.
3. Put order button on the table.This system can be seen in Pizza's restaurant.
4. Put sensor at the main entrance of the food court.It will detect any dangerous that enter the food court.
5. Put label that user-friendly.
6. Provide computer system that allow people to chose the food.The choices will transmit to the worker and the worker will give the food that we want.
7. Serve more comfortable seat and increase the amount of food court.

13.TOILET

PROBLEM:

1. When we arrived there,the OKU's toilet was locked.
2. The door for OKU's toilet not suitable.
3. Our hand have a lot of bacteria after using the toilet.Touch the pipe can  spread the disease.
4. Toilet cleaners that use mop waste the time.
5. Wet floor give dangerous to users.
6. Some of user do not care about cleanliness causing the unpleasant odour.

SOLUTION:

1.  Provide automatic door that suitable to use for OKU's.The door automaticly open when people want to use the toilet and it can locked from inside.
2. Provide sensor sink.The water will come out when the users want to use the sink.So that,the users do not need to touch the pipe.
3. Use technology like vacuum cleaner, auto scrubber, sweeper to cleen the floor.
4. Provide auto flush.So,although water in the tank runs out.Tank will be filled again automatically when the water runs out.
5. Provide the finished floor.So that, the toilet will not stagnant.
6. Provide automatic deodorizers.As soon as we use the toilet,it will automaticly spray the toilet's perfume.

12.CAR PARK

PROBLEM:

1. The light at parking lot was dark and criminal cases may occur.
2. Congestion will occur at the ticket machine if too many visitors and the problem of accidents may occur because the routes in out of parking lot is dangerous.
3. Ticket machine is not placed in suitable areas and it waste the time.
4. Regular cone is used as a barrier which does not suitable because the driver may not see that cone.
5. High vehicles more than 2metre cannot enter to the lot park.
6. People do not know if the floor have empty lot or not.

SOLUTION:

1. Provided automatic lamp.When the lamp detect the people,it will automaticly open.So that,the place does not dangerous for people.
2. Build a car lift.
3. Use safety cones as barrier because it has a light that can help drivers.
4. Provided machine ticket that use sensor.The driver only need to scan the card to enter the parking lot.
5. Provided a skrin that show the total of empty parking lot that have at any floor.
6. Change from stairs to the lift or escalator to go to parking lot.

PROBLEM:

1. The place of map provided is not strategic.
2. The small writing on the map make it difficult for people to read it.
3. The colour on the map looks sallow,old and not attractive.
4. Lack of guide mark on the map make people mistakenly read the map.
5. A confuse guide mark make it trouble to read the map.

SOLUTION:

1. A touch screen map is can be set up for people to find the place that they want.
2. The touch skrin will not make the colour dim and it look attractive.
3. Provide user-friendly machines that enable users to use the service properly.
4. The guide mark must suitable,simple and easy for people to understand the map.
5. The map that provided should be placed at  the main entrance

2.CINEMA

PROBLEM :

•       There are several counters to buy tickets do not work. Only two of the four functions.   
•    The audience had to queue to buy tickets and lost time.
•    System irregular slow to cause the audience waiting to buy tickets.
•    A long line can cause the buyer that may not be able to buy tickets for out of  tickets    desired. 
•   Military insurrection or crime may occur due to congestion of the public to purchase  tickets.

SOLUTION :

1) Provide automatic ticket machine is a vending machine as in the LRT or train.

2) Employees use touch-screen technology on the purchase of tickets so that work can be done more smoothly and easily.

3) Increase the ticket counters are equipped with the latest technology.

4) Provide a screen that displays the number of seats left for a movie in the theater.

5) Build an appropriate path so that spectators can line up in order to avoid traffic jams and unwanted crime.
