PROBLEM :
- The name of the information center is too general
- The place information center is not strategic.
- Sometimes the worker are not at appeave when its time.
- People do not know the service provided at Information Center.
- The qualification of the worker are good.
SOLUTION :
- Change name of information center to modern name such as " one stop center"
- Put the center beside the main entrance of the center.
- The worker at the Information Center should honest their worke and do their work.
- List the service that provided at Information Center at put on the board at the Mega Mall.
- Officer of Mega Mall should choose worker that have a good qualification and friendly.
