There are a few problem about Megamall Signboard:

1.    Older design with classic patern.
2.       Hide from people sight.
3.       The paint too dull and not suitable for the second largest mall in Kuantan.
4.      The picture are not suitable and the colour look shabby.
5.        People become bored when them seeing the same signboard for a recent year.

There are a few solution for Megamall Signboard:

1.   Change the older patern to the latest and modern patern.
2.  Build a new signboard not too high nor too low.
3.  Change the colour of paint to a new colour that more bright and more cheerful.
4.  Put the new picture that suitable to represent the identities of  Megamall.
5.  Use the electronic signboard (LCD) that more sleek to replace the older signboard

16.Escalator

Problems of the escalator in Megamall are:

1.    The sidewalls are too slippery.
2.    No sign warning are place on the bottom and the top of the escalator.
3.   There are not emergency shutoff buttons.
4.   On weekends, the number of people who come to Megamall are increase. So, the number of     escalator in Megamall are not enough.
5. There are no foot paint at the escalator site.

Solution of the Megamall are:

1.   The sidewalls be made of low friction material. So, soft soled shoes cannot get caught easly.
2.   That warning signs be place on the escalators reminding parents to hold children’s hands and face toward.
3.  That the emergency shutoff  buttons be at the bottom of each escalator. The button should the on the right side of the escalator when facing the stair.
4.  Make sure that the user hold the handrail to avoid fall when they lost balance.
5.  That each step have painted foot prints or brightly coloured bordless.

8.THE MAIN ENTRANCE

PROBLEM :

1. Problem do not know the thief in the mall or happen robbery.
2. The main entrance of the Mega Mall are not really Mega Mall's identical.
3. The low system in detecting people enter in the Mega Mall.
4. The main entrance not safe to use and cannot detect teritory.
5. The main entrance are not friendly.

SOLUTION :

1. Provide alarm at the door to detect the robbery and the thief.
2. Decorate the main entrance with the latest design such as, islamic design and choosen the right colour.
3. Renovate an automatic door which is can detect people faster.
4. Put sensor that can detect or explosive thing.
5. Put automatic friendly signboard that shows word "welcome" and soon. And from that people would feel happy to come again at Mega Mall.
